Welcome to the homepage of the ASHRAE Technical Committee 5.10. This committee is concerned with the energy efficient control, capture and effective removal of airborne contaminants and heat resulting from cooking process.
It is also concerned with the introduction of supply and make-up air as it influences the contaminant control process as well as the thermal environment in the kitchen.
